Immune Boost Smoothie!
A delicious and extremely healthy smoothie recipe to build a strong immunity before winter months!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Strawberries
- ½ cup Pineapple
- 1 Banana
- 2 cups Orange Juice
- ½ cup Greek Yoghurt
- 1 cup Spinach (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon Chia or Flaxseeds (optional)
- Ice
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water if needed. Serve cold (with more ice, if desired) and enjoy!
